Russians shell village in Kherson region with artillery, two wounded
On the afternoon of 22 June, the Russian army shelled the village of Dudchany in Kherson region with artillery, injuring two people: A 62-year-old man and his 42-year-old son.
This was reported in Telegram by the Kherson Regional Military Administration (RMA), Ukrinform reports.
"This afternoon, the Russian military shelled the village of Dudchany, Beryslav district, with artillery. As a result of the enemy attack, two local residents were injured in the yard of their home," the statement said.
It is noted that the 42-year-old man was diagnosed with explosive and craniocerebral injuries, as well as facial injuries. He was treated on the spot and refused hospitalisation.
The 62-year-old father of the victim was taken to hospital, he suffered a shrapnel wound to his leg and contusion. The man is being provided with the necessary medical care.
As reported, over the past day, Russian invaders attacked 17 settlements in the Kherson region, killing one person and injuring four others.
