Russians attack Odesa - fire breaks out at hit site, casualties reported

On the morning of June 24, Russian troops attacked civilian infrastructure in Odesa, causing casualties.

The head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper, reported this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

According to him, as a result of the Russian attack, civilian infrastructure in Odesa was hit.

We already know about the victims who are being provided with medical care, their number is being clarified.

The fire is being extinguished, Kiper said.

Earlier, the mayor of the city, Hennadii Trukhanov, reported about the explosion during the air raid on Telegram.

"An explosion was heard in the city!" he wrote.

The Ukrainian Air Force reported on Telegram that the missiles, which were moving in the direction of Mykolaiv and through the Bashtanka district to the northwest, changed their course to Odesa/Odesa region.

As reported, Russian troops shelled 23 settlements in the Kherson region yesterday, killing one person and injuring eight.
