Ukraine ramping up production of drones and everything needed on battlefield - Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that Ukraine is increasing the production of drones, weapons, ammunition, equipment, demining machines, etc.

The head of state announced this on his Telegram channel, Ukrinform reports.

"Ukraine is ramping up the production of drones, certain types of weapons, ammunition, equipment, demining machines, and many other essential items -- everything needed on the front lines to save lives of our people through the power of technology," Zelensky said.

According to him, this war shows that technology on the battlefield is an effective defense against aggression in the modern world. Each month, more companies and developers introduce new solutions to effectively counter the enemy.

"I am grateful to everyone contributing to this Ukrainian strength," Zelensky said.

Ukroboronprom CEO Herman Smetanin said earlier that Ukraine had managed to develop and launch the mass production of long-range strike drones. They hit strategic enemy targets at a distance of more than 1,000 kilometers. Ukraine has also successfully launched the mass production of FPV drones.
