Russians shell Kherson suburb, woman wounded

Russian troops shelled the village of Antonivka in the suburbs of Kherson, injuring a 97-year-old woman.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the Kherson Regional Military Administration in Telegram.

"Russian troops attacked a house in Antonivka with artillery," the message says.

As noted, a 97-year-old local resident was injured as a result of the enemy strike. She was diagnosed with an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to her forearm.

According to Kherson RMA, the 97-year-old woman was hospitalized in one of the city hospitals. Her condition is moderate.

The information is being clarified.

As Ukrinform reported, in June, four people were killed and 42 sustained injuries of varying severity in the Kherson community as a result of enemy shelling.
