Two wounded as Russians launch 429 strikes on Zaporizhzhia region on July 1

Russian invaders launched 429 strikes on 11 settlements in Ukraine's southeastern Zaporizhzhia region on July 1, wounding two women in the Vasylivka and Polohy districts.

Zaporizhzhia regional governor Ivan Fedorov reported this on the Telegram messaging app, according to Ukrinform.

According to him, Russian forces carried out airstrikes on Piatykhatki and Robotyne. As many as 175 UAVs of different modifications attacked Huliaipole, Levadne, Robotyne, Mala Tokmachka, Malynivka, Novoandriivka, and Uspenivka. Thirteen MLRS attacks targeted Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Robotyne and Huliaipole. Russian forces launched 239 artillery strikes on Huliaipole, Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriyivka, Robotyne, Levadne, Novodanylivka, Malynivka and Bilenke (Polohy district).
