Three killed, 18 injured as Russian forces hit Dnipro with missiles, drones

Russian forces have attacked Ukraine's southeastern city of Dnipro with missiles and drones, killing three people and wounding 18 others.

Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on the Telegram messaging app, Ukrinform reports.

"The enemy continues its insidious attacks. Missiles and attack UAVs were directed at Dnipro. Unfortunately, there are consequences. Three people were killed. According to preliminary information, 18 were injured. Among them is a 14-year-old girl," the post said.

Several fires broke out. There is destruction.

Mykola Lukashuk, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, posted on Telegram that a shopping center had been damaged.

"Cars, windows were broken, a gas station was hit," he wrote.

As reported, earlier on Wednesday, July 3, explosions were heard in Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia.
