Dnipro announces day of mourning for July 4
July 4 was declared a day of mourning in Dnipro for those who were killed in Russian missile attacks on the city in the past few days.
Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov announced this on his Telegram channel, Ukrinform reports.
"A day of mourning will take place in Dnipro tomorrow," he wrote.
According to the order, state flags will be flown at half-mast at official institutions in the city. Businesses, institutions and organizations of all forms of ownership have been recommended to display national flags with a black ribbon.
Ukrinform reported earlier that four people were killed and 27 injured in a Russian missile and drone attack on Dnipro early on July 3.
On June 28, two people were killed in a Russian missile attack on an apartment building in Dnipro.
