Drones and electronic warfare: Zelensky holds Supreme CinC Staff meeting and announces "important decisions for front"
President Volodymyr Zelensky chaired a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, where he heard reports on the provision of the Defense Forces with drones and electronic warfare.
According to Ukrinform, the President announced this in his video address.
"I held a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. It was a long meeting, and today's reports focused on drones and electronic warfare. Production in Ukraine, financing, supply, and use. All the specifics, from the most popular ones at the front, including FPV. Of course, maximum attention was paid to our long-range drones," he said.
According to Zelensky, they listened to Commander Sukharevskyi, Deputy Prime Minister Fedorov, Minister of Strategic Industries Kamyshin, and Air Force Commander Oleshchuk at the Staff and made very important decisions.
The President did not specify which ones, but noted that "time will show them on the frontline."
Defense Minister Umerov reported on the details of his trip to the United States, as well as the implementation of defense packages that have been announced but not yet delivered to Ukraine.
"We are pushing this logistics," Zelensky said.
Chief of Staff Oleksandr Syrskyi reported on the situation in the main directions.
The President added that most of the fighting is taking place in the Pokrovsk direction, but, according to him, each defense direction is now being strengthened.
Earlier, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that 14 brigades in Ukraine remained understaffed due to delays in the supply of Western weapons.
