Russians shell Ukrainsk in Donetsk region - one person killed, another injured

In the Donetsk region, one person was killed and another was injured as a result of enemy shelling of the town of Ukrainsk with Smerch multiple rocket launchers.

The head of the Donetsk Military District Administration Vadym Filashkin reported this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"One person was killed and one was injured as a result of the shelling of Ukrainsk. This afternoon, Russians shelled the city with Smerchy systems. A private house, an infrastructure facility, and two enterprises were damaged," the head of the region wrote.

He stated that the Selydove community is constantly subjected to enemy attacks, so it is dangerous to stay here, as well as in the rest of the Donetsk region.

"I ask everyone: do not hesitate! Evacuate!" Filashkin urged, addressing the population of the Donetsk region.

As reported, on July 5, the Russian army struck the center of Komar village in the Volnovakha district of the Donetsk region, killing a 32-year-old employee of the village council and injuring 15 employees.
