Invaders in occupied territories threaten to deport those who do not receive Russian passport
In the temporarily occupied territories, Russian invaders threaten to deport those who do not receive a Russian passport.
This was announced by the Center of National Resistance, Ukrinform reports.
"In the temporarily occupied territories of the south, the enemy threatens to deport those who will not receive a Russian passport through the checkpoint in Vasylivka. There are people in the occupied territories who, despite the occupation, cannot leave their homes for various reasons. It is these people who are being forcibly passported by the Russians as part of their imperial policy," the statement said.
However, it is noted that so far, the Russians have not been able to passport the majority of the population and are forced to resort to threats. In particular, during recent raids in the south, residents were threatened with expulsion through a checkpoint to Ukraine and confiscation of property.
"The occupiers have used this practice many times before. Local residents are demonstratively taken to the checkpoint and deported from their native land," the National Resistance Center emphasizes.
It calls for reporting those who carry out forced passportization so that the occupiers' accomplices "have the opportunity to regret their decision."
As reported, approximately 1.5 million citizens currently hold valid Russian passports in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.
