Yermak: Civilians and infrastructure were targets of Russian missile attack

Civilians and infrastructure were the targets of today's Russian missile attack.

Andriy Yermak, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, said this in a post on the Telegram messaging app, Ukrinform reports.

"This shelling targeted civilians, they hit the infrastructure. The whole world must see today the consequences of terror, and the only response can be strength," Yermak said.

He also noted that the Russians today "deliberately targeted children."

Yermak said that the missile attack on Ukraine came at a time when most people were on the streets. "Mad Russian terrorists," Yermak said.

The missile attack on Kyiv injured three people. Reports of one dead person are being verified.
