Ten killed, 46 injured in Russian missile attack on Kyiv

Ten people were killed and 46 injured in a Russian missile attack on Kyiv this morning.

Kyiv City Military Administration announced this on the Telegram messaging app, Ukrinform reports.

"Ten people have already been killed and 35 have been injured in the missile attack," the post reads.

Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported on Telegram that two men injured in the Russian missile attack on July 8 had died in a Kyiv hospital.

"Two men injured in today's enemy attack, who were hospitalized, died in a Kyiv hospital," he said.

According to the city administration's press service, 46 civilians were injured in the missile attack in Kyiv, including a child.

"In Kyiv, the missile attack left 46 people injured, including one child. Thirty-two victims were hospitalized," Klitschko said.

He noted that two injured employees of the Okhmatdyt children's hospital had been hospitalized and five children had been transferred to municipal hospitals.

The Prosecutor General's Office earlier reported on Telegram that nine people were killed and 33 injured in Kyiv as of 12:40.

Under the procedural leadership of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with intentional murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
