At least 17 apartments destroyed by Russian shelling in Kyiv, people under rubble

At least 17 apartments were destroyed in a residential building in the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kyiv as a result of a Russian missile strike.

Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klychko announced this on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"In a residential building, one entrance was destroyed. Several are severely damaged. Now rescuers are trying to get people out of the rubble. They can hear their voices. Other residents have been evacuated. The house opposite is also damaged," said Klychko.

According to him, about 17 apartments in the building were destroyed.

As reported earlier, fragments of Russian missiles fell in seven districts of Kyiv. In particular, a residential building in the Shevchenkivskyi district was hit.
