One killed as Russian forces shell village in Kherson region

The Russian military shelled the village of Kizomys in the Kherson region, killing a civilian.

Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The Russian military killed a man in the village of Kizomys," Prokudin wrote.

According to him, at the time of the Russian artillery strike, an elderly local resident who was in the street sustained fatal injuries.

As reported by Ukrinform, two people in Kherson came under a Russian drone attack.
