Russia’s Solntsepyok system destroyed by drone in Pokrovsk sector
In the eastern sector of the frontline, drone operators of the Yakiv Handziuk separate infantry brigade tracked down and destroyed Russia’s Solntsepyok heavy flamethrower system.
The Khortytsia Operational-Strategic Grouping of Troops reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"In the Pokrovsk sector, operators of FPV drones of the Yakiv Handziuk separate infantry brigade spotted and destroyed a Solntsepyok heavy flamethrower system with an accurate UAV drop," the statement said.
As of the morning of July 11, pilots of the Yakiv Handziuk separate infantry brigade also destroyed one BM-21 Grad (122-mm multiple launch rocket system), one infantry fighting vehicle (BMP-1), two 122-mm D-30 howitzers, and one 120-mm mortar in the area of responsibility of the Khortytsia Operational-Strategic Grouping of Troops.
As reported by Ukrinform, 146 combat clashes were recorded on the front lines in Ukraine place on the frontline on July 10.
