Lithuania delivers ammunition, anti-drones and other aid to Ukraine

The Lithuanian Ministry of Defense announced that 5.56x45 mm ammunition, drone jamming equipment and folding field beds from Lithuania were delivered to Ukraine on Thursday.

According to Ukrinform, this was reported by the press service of the Lithuanian Ministry of Defense.

It is recalled that in response to Ukraine's requests this year, Lithuania has already supplied 155 mm ammunition, M577 armored personnel carriers, M113 armored vehicles, drone jamming systems, cold season gear and warm clothing sets, Carl Gustaf recoilless rifle rounds, RISE-1 remote explosives initiation systems, power generators, a disassembled L-39 Albatros light attack aircraft, and other assistance.

Thus, Ukraine has received support worth about EUR 115 million from Lithuania this year and nearly EUR 641 million since the beginning of the war.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, the Lithuanian State Defense Council decided to allocate at least 0.25% of its GDP for defense and security support to Ukraine.
