Kherson authorities show consequences of evening shelling of neighborhood

In Kherson, the consequences of the evening shelling of a neighborhood by Russians were shown, as a result of which private houses were destroyed and an apartment building was damaged.

Roman Mrochko, the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, said this in a post on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.

"Last night, Russian terrorists from the temporarily occupied left bank attacked the Dniprovkskyi district of the city," Mrochko wrote.

According to him, another enemy shelling destroyed private houses and damaged a high-rise building. In addition, car caught fire and trees were cut by shrapnel.

After the shelling, at about 6 p.m., Russians dropped explosives from a drone into a residential area. Two people were injured.

Mrochko emphasized that social workers of the Kherson City Military Administration went to the sites of enemy shelling and helped the victims of Russian aggression.

According to him, the city's territorial community was shelled by Russian troops nine times over the past day. The damage was recorded in Kherson, Sadove and Antonivka. In particular, a multi-storey building, six private houses, a gas pipeline, a civilian and official car, and an administrative building were damaged.

As reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops shelled 19 settlements in the Kherson region over the past day, wounding seven people.
