Death toll from Russian shelling of Pryozerne rises to two

The death toll from the Russian shelling of the village of Pryozerne in the Kherson region has risen to two.

The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, said this in a Telegram message, Ukrinform reports.

"It became known about another person killed as a result of a Russian strike on the village of Pryozerne. A 50-year-old woman sustained injuries incompatible with life," the post reads.

The woman was on the street during the attack.

Later, Prokudin reported in Telegram that another person who came under fire in Priozerne needed medical assistance.

"An 85-year-old local resident suffered blast and brain injuries, as well as concussion. Doctors treated her on the spot, she refused to be hospitalised. Currently, there are two dead and three injured," the official wrote.

As reported, Russian troops shelled the village of Pryozerne in the Kherson region, killing a 72-year-old woman and injuring two people.
