Permission to strike deep into Russia with Western weapons can save many lives - head of PO

In order to destroy Russian Su-34 aircraft, Ukraine needs permission to strike deep into Russia with Western weapons, and such a decision could save many lives.

The head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak, wrote about this in Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The Russian Ministry of Defence publicly boasts about how it drops FAB-3000 bombs on Ukraine, which is a bomb weighing 3 tonnes. They do this from Su-34 aircraft based at airfields that we must destroy to protect our people," he said.

According to Yermak, to stop these planes from dropping such bombs, Ukraine needs permission to strike deep into Russia with Western weapons.
