Russian drone targets energy repair crew

Russian invaders launched a drone that hit an energy maintenance crew repairing gas equipment in Antonivka in the suburb of Kherson.

At least one person was injured as per a tentative report by the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Ukrinform saw.

"The Russian military attacked a crew repairing gas equipment in Antonivka, having launched a drone," the report says.

The affected worker, a 54-year-old man, was rushed to hospital with a contusion, shrapnel wounds to the lower back and thigh, as well as explosive and craniocerebral injuries.

According to Roman Mrochko, the head of the Kherson Municipal Military Administration, medics assess the victim's condition as moderate.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, on Tuesday, July 16, the Russian army shelled a local market in Kherson, damaging a business center and commercial premises.
