Seven wounded in Russian strikes on Kherson region over past day
Seven people were wounded as Russian forces shelled the Kherson region on Tuesday, July 16.
Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the region's military administration, announced this on Facebook, Ukrinform reports.
According to him, enemy fire and airstrikes targeted Burhunka, Tiahynka, Chervonyi Maiak, Shliakhove, Antonivka, Tomaryne, Mykhailivka, Inhulets, Stanislav, Beryslav, Zolota Balka, Kachkarivka, Shyroka Balka, Komyshany, Tokarivka, Sadove, and Kherson.
The enemy also launched a missile attack on Kherson.
Russian troops hit a kindergarten, commercial premises, a cell base tower, seven high-rise buildings and 19 private houses.
Hangars and private cars were damaged.
On July 16, the Russians shelled Kherson all day long.
