Russia suffers 1,130 war casualties in past day

Ukraine’s Defense Forces left 1,130 Russian soldiers and officers killed and wounded on the battlefield in the past 24 hours, bringing Russia’s total casualty toll since the invasion to an estimated 563,640.

That’s according to the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, reports Ukrinform.

Also, Ukraine’s forces destroyed 8,245 Russian tanks (+7 in the past day), 15,883 (+12) armored fighting vehicles, 15,465 (+54) artillery systems, 1,120 MLR systems, 893 air defense systems, 361 aircraft, 326 helicopters, 12,274 (+50) operational andtactical-level UAVs, 2,398 cruise missiles, 28 warships/cutters, a submarine, 20,833 (+92) vehicles and fuel tankers, 2,593 (+7) units of specialized equipment.

The incoming reports on enemy losses are being verified.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, on July 17, as of 22:00, a total of 118 combat clashes took place along the Ukrainian front lines.
