Austria accepts three more children with cancer from Okhmatdyt for treatment

Austria accepted for treatment three girls with cancer from the Kyiv clinic Okhmatdyt, which was subjected to a Russian missile attack.

Austrian Federal Chancellor Karl Nehammer announced this on the social network X, Ukrinform reports

“ We are continuing our help: two girls suffering from cancer from the destroyed Ukrainian hospital will be transferred to Innsbruck today, another will come to Salzburg on Thursday. Thank you to all the authorities involved in Austria and Ukraine,” Karl Nehammer  said.

As Ukrinform reported earlier, Austria accepted for treatment two boys with cancer from the Kyiv hospital Okhmatdyt, which was hit by a missile attack by Russian troops.

After the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, Austria accepted 80 seriously ill Ukrainians for treatment.
