Thirty-nine Russian gliding bombs pummel Kharkiv region
Over the past day, July 22, Russian troops launched 39 guided aerial bombs at Kharkiv region, leaving at least five civilians injured.
That’s according to Oleh Syniehubov, chief of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Ukrinform reports.
In the village Hlushkivka, Kupiansk district, a house caught fire as a result of the strike.
In the village of Lisne in the same district, a residential building and a backyard fence were damaged.
In the village of Ruska Lozova, Kharkiv district, a local woman, 30, sustained injuries.
In the village of Podoly, Kupiansk district, a household and garage came under attack. A woman was injured.
According to the administration chief, Russia launched a rocket barrage at Ivanchukivka, Izium district, glass front was shattered at an agricultural facility, a private car and a number of households were damaged. A local man, 58, was injured.
In the village of Senkove, Kupiansk district, a summer kitchen burned down as a result of the strike. A woman, 75, suffered injuries.
On Tuesday, July 23, a house went ablaze in Kupiansk as a result of a Russian drone attack, which also left a local man, 42, injured.
In the village of Lisne, Derhachi district, an MLRS strike set a garage on fire.
According to Syniehubov, 10 combat clashes took place in the Kharkiv axis in the areas of Hlyboke and Vovchansk.
In the Kupiansk direction, Russian troops attacked Ukraine’s Defense Forces 13 times. Ukraine repelled he assaults near Kindrashivka, Petropavlivka, Synkivka, Hlushkivka, and Kolisnykivka.
