The State Emergency Service of Ukraine demonstrated how a unique diving mobile special complex works.

This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Ukrinform reports.

The diving mobile special complex is an all-terrain vehicle consisting of two modules and designed for long-term autonomous diving descents, underwater demining and water rescue operations.

The special complex carries both personnel and equipment and other equipment required for divers to work for a long time outside their permanent deployment. Everything is equipped so that the rescuers are ready to go to the place of work at any time.

Each of the modules of the complex has its own distinct functionality. In particular, the first module - the support module - is a mobile diving station designed to carry out diving descents and operations, as well as to supply the complex with electricity.

The second module is equipped with equipment that allows for decompression, medical recompression of divers, and training descents based on a barocamp. Thus, thanks to the barocamp, it is possible to conduct training with a conditional dive to a depth of 50 m, and a diver can undergo gradual recovery after a long dive to a depth here.

As Ukrinform previously reported, the Ministry of Defence has codified and allowed the Armed Forces to operate a new medical armoured vehicle, Kozak-5MED, designed to evacuate wounded and injured soldiers from the battlefield.
