Russians shell district center, two communities in Nikopol district

The Russian forces shelled the district center and two communities in the Nikopol district of the Dnipropetrovsk region, damaging private houses, power lines, and outbuildings.

Mykola Lukashuk, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The occupiers fired artillery at the Nikopol district all day long. They launched about three dozen shells. They targeted the district center, the Pokrovsk and Marhanets communities," Lukashuk wrote.

According to him, 14 private houses were damaged, an outbuilding caught fire, five more were damaged, and a garage and power lines were hit.

Fortunately, no one was injured.

In addition, the enemy attacked the Kryvyi Rih district with heavy artillery, the consequences are being clarified, the head of the regional council added.
