Woman killed, child injured as Russians hit Velykyi Burluk in Kharkiv region
On July 31, Russian troops launched an air strike on Velykyi Burluk in the Kharkiv region, killing a woman and injuring a child.
Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.
"At about 10:10, the occupiers struck Velykyi Burluk village in the Kupiansk district with guided aerial bombs. As a result of the shelling, a residential building burned down. Another house at another address was damaged. Unfortunately, a woman was killed. A 10-year-old boy, the son of the deceased, received burn wounds and was hospitalized," the regional governor said.
Emergency services are working to eliminate the consequences of the strike, added Syniehubov.
As reported, a 71-year-old man was wounded in Kupiansk, Kharkiv region, on July 30 as a result of a morning shelling.
