CinC Syrskyi: Ukrainian forces preparing for all scenarios in Pokrovsk sector

The Pokrovsk sector has been one of the most challenging areas on the front line for several months, with Russian forces suffering an average of 400 casualties -- dead and wounded -- daily throughout December.

Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi said this in a post on Telegram, Ukrinform reports.

"The Pokrovsk sector has remained one of the most difficult in terms of confronting Russian occupiers for several months. We are carefully calculating and preparing for all potential scenarios regarding the enemy's next moves," Syrskyi said.
