Russians dispel fake about alleged attack on deployment of AFU in Sumy - CCD
Russian propaganda is spreading a fake that the Russian army on Monday, March 24, launched a missile attack not on residential buildings, but on the location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Sumy.
According to Ukrinform, the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine posted this on Facebook.
In fact, the Russians hit residential buildings in the city, and by replicating such fakes, the enemy is trying to justify its terrorist act against the civilian population of Sumy.
Propagandists are throwing fictions about military targets into the information space to shift the responsibility for the destruction of civilian infrastructure onto the Ukrainian military.

As reported by Ukrinform, 88 people, including 17 children, were injured in the attack on a residential building in Sumy. The rescue operation at the site of the Russian strike continues.
Russian propaganda systematically generates such fakes after massive missile and drone attacks. For example, earlier, enemy resources spread a fake that the destruction and death of three people in Kyiv during an attack by Russian attack drones was the result of Ukrainian air defense.
