Deputy Chief of DIU: Russia maintains high missile production, reveals types
Today, Russia maintains a high level of missile production, including Kh-101, Kalibr and Iskander.
This was stated by Deputy Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Major General Vadym Skibitskyi in a comment to Ukrinform, answering the question of what type of missiles Russia is currently producing the most.
“In fact... they maintain a high level of missile production. What kind of missiles - Kh-101..., Kalibr - they are now restoring their arsenals and stocks that they spent during the missile strikes,” he said.
According to Skibitsky, the Russians are currently paying a lot of attention [to the production of missiles such as] “Iskander”, primarily in order to achieve greater accuracy and power of destruction.
“And no one has canceled hypersonic. “Kinzhal“ and ‘Zircon’ are what they are currently prioritizing for production, precisely what they consider to be high-precision weapons,” the DIU representative said.
As reported, at the Engels airfield in Saratov region of the Russian Federation, as a result of a strike by the Defense Forces on the night of March 20, the Russian army lost missiles, including Kh-101, which it regularly uses to strike Ukraine.
