Black Sea update: Russia deploys Kalibr carrier carrying up to four missiles

A single Kalibr missile carrier remains on combat duty in the Black Sea.

This was reported by Ukrinform with reference to a morning update by the Ukrainian Navy.

"In the Black Sea, there is one enemy warship, which is a carrier of Kalibr cruise missiles, with a total salvo of up to four missiles; there are no enemy warships in the Sea of ​​Azov," the post says.

According to the Ukrainian Navy, there are currently four enemy warships in the Mediterranean Sea, of which three are Kalibr carriers with a total salvo of up to 26 missiles.

It is also reported that in the past 24 hours, in Russia’s interest, a number of vessels passed through the Kerch Strait: six to the Black Sea, including three that moved on toward the Bosphorus Strait; and six to the Sea of ​​Azov, of which five came from the Bosphorus Strait.

As Ukrinform reported, Ukraine and the U.S. agreed on ensuring safe navigation in the Black Sea.
