
SES reveals aftermath of drone attack on Okhtyrka, Sumy region
In Sumy Region, rescue workers are eliminating the aftermath of a drone attack carried out by Russian forces.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) in Sumy region on Telegram, as per Ukrinform.

"On March 26, enemy UAVs struck the town of Okhtyrka. The impact caused a fire, and the blast wave damaged non-residential buildings, apartment blocks, shops, and an administrative facility. The SES personnel promptly extinguished the fire outbreaks and evacuated residents from the damaged premises," the report stated.

The SES bomb disposal team also removed explosive devices from the site.
A mobile Point of Invincibility was deployed by rescue workers at the scene.
There have been no reports of casualties.
Emergency repair work is now underway at the impact sites.


Earlier, Ukrinform reported that Russian forces attacked Okhtyrka overnight with drones, damaging residential buildings, a business, and sparking a fire.
