Militants launched 35 attacks on Ukrainian troops in last day

Russian-backed militants launched 35 attacks on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Donbas over the past day, the ATO Headquarters press center reports.

In Mariupol direction, the militants shelled the Ukrainian positions near Shyrokyne, Hnutove, Vodiane, Novotroitske, Talakovka and Povlopil using mortars, grenade launchers and large-caliber machineguns.

In Luhansk direction, the enemy fired at Kostomarove, Krymske, Novooleksandrivka, Trokhizbenka, Sokolniki, Stanitsa Luhanska, using grenade launchers, mortars of various caliber and anti-tank grenade launchers. 

In Donetsk direction, near Avdiivka, the terrorists used 20mm caliber mortars to attack the positions of Ukrainian soldiers.
