Militants launch 24 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Militants launched 24 attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in ATO area in Donbas over the past day.

As noted, in Mariupol direction, the enemy used 122mm artillery to fire at Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol). Moreover, the terrorists used mortars of different calibers to shell ATO troops in Talakivka (20km north-west of Mariupol), Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk), Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol), and Shyrokyne. Ukrainian positions in Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol) came under small arms fire.

In Luhansk direction, the militants shell ATO forces in Troitske (69km west of Luhansk), using mortars. Ukrainian positions in Novooleksandrivka (65km west of Luhansk) came under grenade launcher and heavy machine gun fire.

In Donetsk direction, the Russian-backed militants used 122mm artillery and 120mm mortars to shell Avdiyivka (18km north of Donetsk) and Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk).
