Militants launch 50 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Militants launched 50 attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in ATO area in Donbas over the past day.

As noted, in Mariupol direction, the enemy used 120mm mortars to fire at Marinka (35 km south-west of Donetsk) and Vodiane (16km north-west of Donetsk) and 82mm mortars to fire at Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk), Talakivka (20km north-west of Mariupol), Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol). Ukrainian positions in Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol), Starohnativka ( 52km south of Donetsk), and Novotroitske (32km south of Donetsk) came under heavy machine guns and small arms fire.

In Donetsk direction, militants fired at ATO troops near Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk), using 120mm mortars and heavy machine guns. In addition, terrorists used small arms to shell Ukrainian strongholds outside Avdiyivka (18km north of Donetsk) and Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk).

In Luhansk direction, Ukrainian troops came under small arms fire in Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk) and Stanytsia Luhanska (16km north-east of Luhansk).
