Militants launch 72 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Militants launched 72 attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in ATO area in Donbas over the past day.

In Mariupol direction, the enemy used grenade launchers, heavy machine guns, and small arms to shell Shyrokyne (20km east of Mariupol) and Pavlopol (30 km northeast of Mariupol). Moreover, ATO troops came under mortar fire in Pavlopol, Shyrokyne, and Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk).

In Donetsk direction, militants used 120mm and 82mm mortars to fire at Verkhniotoretske (22km north-east of Donetsk), Avdiyivka (18km north of Donetsk), Troitske (69km west of Luhansk). Terrorists also used grenade launchers and small arms to shell Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk), Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk), Verkhniotoretske, and Luhanske (59km north-east of Donetsk).

In Luhansk direction, Russian-backed militants launched attacks on Ukrainian positions near Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), Stanytsia Luhanska (16km north-east of Luhansk), Novooleksandrivka (65km west of Luhansk), using 82mm mortars and grenade launchers.
