Militants launched 14 attacks on Ukrainian troops in Donbas in last day

Militants launched 14 attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in ATO area in Donbas over the past day.

In Donetsk direction, illegal armed formations used grenade launchers and small arms to fire at Ukrainian strongholds near Zaitseve (67km north-north-east of Donetsk). Russian-backed militants also shelled residential buildings on the northern outskirts of this village. In addition, militants launched attacks near Avdiivka (18km north of Donetsk), using grenade launchers and small arms.

In Mariupol direction, militants used anti-tank grenade launchers and weapons on infantry fighting vehicles to shell Novotroitske (32km south of Donetsk). The enemy also used weapons on armoured vehicles and heavy machine guns near Hnutove (19km north-west of Mariupol).

In Luhansk direction, Russian-terrorist groups launched attacks on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine outside Krymske (42.5km north-west of Luhansk), using anti-tank grenade launchers and small arms.
