New RPV-16 to be soon supplied to Ukrainian Armed Forces – Poroshenko

President Petro Poroshenko says that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will soon receive new RPV-16 rocket-propelled infantry flamethrowers, the production of which was launched by Ukroboronprom.

In a post on Twitter, Poroshenko wrote: “The serial production of RPV-16 rocket-propelled infantry flamethrowers by Ukroboronprom for the Armed Forces has been launched in Ukraine. The flamethrower will be soon supplied to the army, which will significantly strengthen the military power of our units”.

RPV-16 is a thermobaric weapon, which is designed and manufactured for the Ukrainian army under the state defense order.
