Four killed, seven wounded in five-hour clash in Donbas - Hutsuliak
Four Ukrainian servicemen have been killed and seven more have been wounded after fighting in Donbas on Thursday, Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman Dmytro Hutsuliak has said.
"Unfortunately, Ukraine suffered irreparable losses. Four Ukrainian servicemen were killed as a result of a five-hour battle. Seven of our Ukrainian defenders sustained wounds of various degrees," he said at a briefing on Thursday.
According to him, during the clash, Russian occupation forces fired more than 30 122mm artillery shells, over 60 120mm mines and 60 82mm mines. The enemy also used infantry fighting vehicles and grenade launchers.
