Ukrainian military come under grenade launcher fire in Donbas. One soldier wounded

Ukrainian Defense Ministry spokesman Maksym Prauta said this at a briefing on Friday, February 28, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“At night, the invaders used hand-held antitank grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms to shell the positions of the Joint Forces near Vodiane (94km south of Donetsk). The shelling lasted for 20 minutes,” the spokesman said.

After 07:00, the armed formations of the Russian Federation fired heavy machine guns and small arms at the positions of our soldiers near Novotoshkivske (53km west of Luhansk). The shelling lasted for an hour. The Ukrainian military responded to the militants with weapons not prohibited by the Minsk agreements.

"According to available information, as a result of the enemy shelling, one of our defenders was wounded," Prauta said.
