Invaders violate ceasefire in Donbas seven times, one Ukrainian soldier wounded

Over the past day, February 10, seven ceasefire violations were recorded in the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) area in Donbas.

"In the area of responsibility of the operational and tactical group ‘East’, the Russian occupation forces opened fire from small arms and sniper’s weapons to shell Ukrainian positions near Pisky (11km north-west of Donetsk). As a result of the shelling, one Ukrainian defender received a gunshot wound. The serviceman was promptly taken to a medical facility, where he received the necessary medical assistance. His health condition is satisfactory," the press center of the JFO Headquarters reports.

The enemy repeatedly fired from hand-held anti-tank grenade launchers and heavy machine guns near Vodiane in the Sea of Azov area and from a mounted anti-tank grenade launcher in the area of Verkhniotoretske (22km north-east of Donetsk).

In the area of responsibility of the operational and tactical group ‘North’, the armed formations of the Russian Federation fired an automatic mounted grenade launcher near Pivdenne (40km north-east of Donetsk).

In addition, the enemy used a UAV to drop two VOG-17 grenades near the Joint Forces positions in the area of the village of Zolote 4.

Ukrainian defenders gave an adequate response to the shelling of the armed formations of the Russian Federation.

The OSCE representatives were informed about all the facts of ceasefire violations through the Ukrainian side of the Joint Control and Coordination Center (JCCC).

Today, February 11, no ceasefire violations have been recorded in the JFO area.

The situation in the JFO area remains controlled by Ukrainian soldiers.
