OSCE records over 400 ceasefire violations in eastern Ukraine
The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine has recorded 399 ceasefire violations in Donetsk region and four ceasefire violations in Luhansk region over the past 24 hours.
That's according to daily report 265/2021 issued by the OSCE SMM on November 11, 2021, Ukrinform reports.
"In Donetsk region, the SMM recorded 399 ceasefire violations, including 26 undetermined explosions," the report said.
The majority of ceasefire violations occurred in areas south-east of Chermalyk (government-controlled, 77km south of Donetsk), north of Shyrokyne (government-controlled, 100km south of Donetsk) and south-east of Hnutove (government-controlled, 90km south of Donetsk).
In the previous reporting period, the Mission recorded 343 ceasefire violations in the region.
"In Luhansk region, the SMM recorded four ceasefire violations, all projectiles, which occurred in areas north of the disengagement area near Zolote (government-controlled, 60km west of Luhansk)," the SMM said.
In the previous reporting period, the Mission recorded 114 ceasefire violations in the region, the majority of which also occurred close to the disengagement area near Zolote.
