Army of Drones project receives more than 470 UAVs, some of them already at front

The Army of Drones project has already received 472 UAVs, some of which are already used at the front.

"The Army of Drones has received 472 UAVs. Since the drones come to us in batches, it is difficult to show what they look like all together," Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov posted on Telegram.

Some drones already perform combat missions at the front, he added.

As reported, about UAH 855 million have already been raised for the purchase of drones for the military within the framework of the Army of Drones project, launched at the United24 platform.

The Army of Drones is a project initiated by the General Staff of the Armed Forces and the Ministry of Digital Information. This is a comprehensive program, within which the systematic purchase of drones, their repair, as well as training courses for relevant specialists are planned. The project started on July 1.
