Growth of capital investments in Ukrainian economy amounts to 37%
In the first half of this year, the growth of capital investments in Ukrainian economy amounted to 37%.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said this when presenting the Government's report for the first half of this year at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
"The capital investments in the economy increased by 37% - this is rather serious capital, although we understand that we need more tools and it is very important that we have quite positive recent assessments of the stability and efficiency of the banking system," Groysman noted.
At the same time, he stressed that in the first half of 2018, the state budget received UAH 54 billion in revenues.
In addition, the prime minister said that social security spending amounted to UAH 19.2 billion more than last year, and the Government provided the local budgets with funds in the amount of 33 billion more than last year.
