Shmyhal: Heads of some regional customs offices to be replaced soon
Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal has said that heads of some regional customs offices will be replaced soon.
The prime minister stated this at a special gathering of business community “EBA Global Outlook 2021: the Year of Big Questions,” hosted by the European Business Association (EBA), an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"We are planning to continue to reform the customs service. There is a comprehensive process of transformation. Last year, four heads were replaced. Now the new head of the customs service appoints new heads of regional customs offices, I think you will soon see first staff replacements," said Shmyhal.
As reported by Ukrinform, on November 18, 2020, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Pavlo Riabikin as head of the State Customs Service of Ukraine. Riabikin held the post of Boryspil International Airport CEO since March 23, 2017.
