4th German-Ukrainian Business Forum to be held on March 19

The 4th German-Ukrainian Business Forum will be held online on March 19, the Ukrainian Embassy in Germany has reported.

"The 4th Ukrainian-German Forum will be held on March 19, during which a professional discussion of opportunities for expanding bilateral cooperation between German and Ukrainian business will take place. This year's event will be held online due to coronavirus restrictions," the statement reads.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and German Federal Chancellor Angela Merkel will speak to the forum participants.

Within the framework of the forum, high-level international experts will discuss issues of industrial development and digitalization, energy and renewable energy, food processing and agriculture, as well as logistics and infrastructure.

The forum is organized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, UkraineInvest, the Embassy of Ukraine in Germany, the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK), the German Eastern Business Association (Ost-Ausschuss der Deutschen Wirtschaft), and the German-Ukrainian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Ukraine).

As Ukrinform reported, on March 10, the Kyiv Security Forum, founded by Arseniy Yatsenyuk Open Ukraine Foundation, will present a document "12 Points of Strategic Partnership between the United States and Ukraine."
