Ukreximbank’s profit exceeds UAH 2B in Jan-Oct 2021

JSC Ukreximbank generated UAH 2.05 billion in profit in January-October 2021, Ukrinform reports, referring to the bank’s press service.

“In January-October of the current year, the total profit of state-owned Ukreximbank amounted to UAH 2.052 billion according to IFRS,” reads the report.

According to acting Chairman of the Board of Ukreximbank Serhiy Yermakov, in the structure of net operating income for October, the largest share is accounted for interest income generated by the bank's loan and investment portfolio.

“At the same time, in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the bank adheres to a balanced credit policy and pays considerable attention to the quality of the portfolio,” Yermakov said.

As Ukrinform reported, in September 2021, the monthly operating profit of JSC Ukreximbank exceeded UAH 533 million, which has become record-breaking value for the entire period of its operation since 1992.
