China interested in deepening space cooperation with Ukraine
Representatives of the State Space Agency of Ukraine (SSAU) and the China National Space Administration (CNSA) held a working meeting on space cooperation.
As the press service of the SSAU informs, the meeting between Head of the State Space Agency of Ukraine Volodymyr Taftay and Head of the China National Space Administration Zhang Kejian was held online.
The parties discussed the current development of the space industries of Ukraine and China and considered topical issues of Ukraine–China space cooperation.
In particular, the heads of space agencies touched upon all the prerequisites for deepening bilateral space cooperation within the framework of mutually beneficial projects.
The meeting was also attended by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Ukraine Fan Xianrong and Chargé d'Affaires of Ukraine to the People's Republic of China Zhanna Leshchynska.
As reported, Canada and Ukraine start the construction of a spaceport in Nova Scotia.
