Five more ships leave Ukrainian ports via ‘grain corridor’

On September 16, 2022, five more ships loaded with agricultural crops left the Ukrainian ports via the so-called ‘grain corridor’.

The relevant statement was made by Türkiye’s National Defense Ministry on Twitter, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Today five more ships have left the Ukrainian ports,” the report states.

According to the Turkish side, grain shipments continue as scheduled.

A reminder that more than 3.1 million tonnes of agricultural crops have been exported since Ukraine, Turkey, Russia and the United Nations signed an agreement unblocking grain exports from three Ukrainian ports.
