Minister Kubrakov: Eight ships to move along ‘grain corridor’ on Nov 3
On Thursday, November 3, eight ships with agricultural foodstuffs will move along the "grain corridor" in the Black Sea.
“Black Sea Grain Initiative continues. On Thursday, November 3rd, 8 vessels with agricultural products are expected to pass through the grain corridor. We got confirmation from UN,” Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov posted on Twitter.
He added that inspections would be carried out in the Bosphorus Strait on November 2.
As reported, on October 29, the Russian Federation announced its withdrawal from the Black Sea Grain Initiative due to the alleged attack on its Black Sea Fleet ship in Sevastopol Bay, accusing Ukraine and Great Britain of the attack.
Despite Russia's demarche, 12 ships with grain left Ukrainian ports the day before.
The Ukrainian and Turkish delegations and UN representatives in the Joint Coordination Center agreed that the movement of ships through the "grain corridor" would be suspended on November 2.
